So Life has been ultra busy since my last post, And as much as I think I must get on here and update it I just don't seem to find the time. And sometimes think my twitter updates probably cover it.

However in the last week and a half we have re arranged our house ready for our renovations, purchased my new baby (Thermomix), Been to the Stampin Up Regional seminar and also started planning for Jaydon's 1st b'day. In between all that I also took the plunge and joined the gym and have been doing zumba.

So I thought right today's the day I update my blog. As I said previously I have a full Marker club for my first one. And am currently taking names for the second one. If you are interested then email myself at sair_paul@netspace.net.au to register your interest.

I really want to show you some pics of the FAB cards that we were shown and shared at the Stampin Up regional seminar so I think I will do a separate post just for that. So I thought I would share a couple of cards that I have made lately. A couple are cased from other blogs in which I will acknowledge :-)

Hope you all have a great day xxx
This is a card I made for a friend for her Sister in law using Trendy Trees. This set is a two step stamping set And finally the finished product of Jaydon's birthday invites. And the pile that I made and am in between uploading photos addressing the envelopes

Well its officiall, The first Marker club of hopefully many is up and running. I am now taking names of people interested in the 2nd Marker club hopefully starting November. If you are interested then please contact me on sair_paul@netspace.net.au to register your interest.

I have just completed a very successful and yummy afternoon for the new catalogue launch. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. I am now about to start on my 40 card swap cards for the Regional Seminar next week. With the help of my fantastic sister in law and then hopefully there will be enough time to make Jaydons first b'day invites.

Hopefully I will be back soon with lots of pics to show you of all our work :-)

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Well its raining here and a nice day to be inside. Maybe not doing a real lot sounds good. But I thought I might take advantage of two, yes two, Sleeping babies! As some of you may have read we have not long ago had a diagnoses for our son of dairy, soy and egg allergy. So although I'm a chef, through the sleep deprivation and our overly busy life, I was struggling to find motivation for food to cook him other than everyday meat and veg and fruit.

However in the last couple of weeks although we are all still sleep deprived I found some of that inspiration i've been looking for. I have found some really helpful blogs also. And found some great recipes. Queen Bee's blog featured lemon slice (one of my all time favourites) and included a recipe to make condensed milk. I gave it a go last night and it was really good. Although I didn't have any biscuits on hand - i have ordered in my groceries today. I found a recipe for a caramel stursel slice. Looks yum and I'm going to see how it goes frozen too. Jay is probably a bit young for so much sugar but i'm going to let him have a treat as he always has healthy food :-)

What do you think??
Hope you all have a nice day

Wow so I've been blog hopping today just to sticky beak at whats out there and what other people blog about. There are some really interesting stories floating around out there on the blogger scene. So I found a boost my blog page and thought, what the heck I'll enter it so here it is if you would also like to check out some really cool sites. And also feel free to add mine. :-)

BoostMyBlogFriday
Good Morning everyone, I went to upload this last night but the camera decided it had had enough for one day and wanted to have a nap on the charger. So however it may be feeling nice and refreshed I am not. Zumba last night, it was fun and interesting for someone as uncoordinated as me. But now my back is a little stiff and Jay boy decided that 3 am was a good time to wake this morning. I hope enjoy yesterdays creation of a previous card I had designed I just changed a few colours and elements :-)

This Card is one that I found while blog hopping. I have been admiring them for a while now but just haven't had a chance to have a go. Well I really wish I had of sooner because it literally took 5 mins to make. I was so happy. (please ignore the colours I just popped my hand in the cupboard and pulled out the first pieces I found) I now have a card I can make in a hurry that's effective for those last minute little gifts :-) I did find it on a blog but I can't find the link at the moment as its on my lap top. I will be back to credit later although I'm not sure her tutorial is the original creator either.
Card Stock: Tempting Turquoise, Very Vanilla
Accessories: Big Shot, Scallop Circle, Scallop edge punch, Sticky Strip, Buttons, Vintage embossing folder

Marker Club

This is something new that I will be running. Each club will start when there are enough members to fill each club. It will work as follows
  • Each club will consist of 5 members - to make it more affordable. Each club will start when 5 members have joined. So as you are interested then let me know and I will put you on the list.
  • The club will run for 5 months
  • it will cost $60.00 a month + postage if interstate - I will charge $6.00 for this and will wear the cost if any extra.
  • What you will get is, each month you will receive 1 set of markers, and 1 pack of assorted paper. In the end you will end up with a carry case (hostess month) 4 sets of markers, 1 set of incolour markers and all matching papers.
  • The month you are the hostess you will receive one level 1 hostess set (they are cute :-) ), and $30.00 to spend on products of your choice. This value can go up depending on any outside orders you collect.
If this is something you are interested in please let me know and I will add you to the list.

You can email me on sair_paul@netspace.net.au to register your interest. I nearly have a full club to start off with I have 1 spot left and 1 just needing to be confirmed.
